The Datacentre and document management

The secure datacentre allows Park Denholm & Co to share confidential information with their clients.

Access is by username and password.  Different members of the same firm can have separate access rights.

Documents can now be uploaded or opened to your desktop.  By clicking the Notify button an email is sent to the client letting them know that there is new information in their area of the data centre  

Documents can be scanned direct to the data centre or imported from your own desktop

The interface is similar to Explorer on your own PC and by clicking on any file name it will be immediately opened on your desktop
