KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

 KPI will tell us everything that we and the client need to know about their company.  These indicators give a picture of the development and progress of the business.  Where we have information on companies in the same sector we can use their figures and our client's figures for benchmarking.

We have developed a number of interactive reports which give our clients significant detail about their business.  We email the completed reports to our clients as PDF files or upload them to the datacentre from where our clients can download them at any time they choose.

Income and expenditure statement  Click on any of the headings eg sales on the left hand table and then select the various graphs that you want to see.  There are almost 200 graphs on the one PDF page.  Choosing a graph that has the + sign after it will give you financial information for the current year and the following year.  A graph with a minus will give you information for the the current year and the previous year.

Break-even analysis

Ticker tape sales   Looks at the sales of a bar on a weekly basis over an extended period.  Stop the ticker tape and view the daily sales for that week.  Use of the traffic lights to show whether the week is ahead of target or not

Fee income by type of work    looks at the types of work that an architect's firm might have over a five year period

The charts are developed for the individual client.  The example shows you instantly the effect of changing any or all of the  selected number of parameters.

We have developed a number of generic templates which are then amended to meet the specific needs of the individual client
